Rental conditions
Please read this page before you request a motorcycle or a car. Legal wording is published in this form until the client signs a final version.
These conditions are the working text for launch. The operator can replace them with a lawyer-reviewed version at any time from the administrator panel.
Licence, age and experience
Motorcycle rental requires a valid licence covering the Honda CRF300L, a minimum age of 21 and recent off-road or mixed-surface experience. Self-drive 4x4 requires a valid car licence and mountain driving experience we can review. We may decline a request if the route and the experience do not match.
Insurance
Guests must hold travel and medical insurance that covers motorcycle riding or 4x4 travel, high altitude and emergency evacuation. Proof can be requested before confirmation.
Price, deposit, payment and cancellation
Prices are given as a written quotation. A refundable deposit may be required. Payment instructions are sent with the quotation. Cancellation and refund terms are stated on that quotation. A website request is not a charge and not a confirmed booking.
Damage, theft, fines and recovery
The renter is responsible for damage, theft, loss, traffic fines, missing equipment, late return, extra cleaning and remote recovery, except where the quotation says otherwise.
Prohibited use
No alcohol or drugs, racing, stunts, third-party use, unauthorised routes, GPS interference or unauthorised repairs. Cross-border travel needs written approval and the required documents.
Accident and breakdown
Stop in a safe place, keep the scene if required by local law, call the emergency number on your rental sheet, then contact Pamir Motoride. Do not leave the motorcycle or vehicle unattended if it can be avoided.
Privacy, terms and cookies
We use your details only to answer the request, prepare a quotation and run the rental. Documents uploaded with a request are stored privately and are not shown on the public site. See the cookie notice in the footer banner.
